Will not stand behind their warranty

I purchased my Tracker Pro Guide V16 WT new in march. Within six months the hull was leaking. I brought the boat in for repairs they said 2-3 weeks to fix it. 6 months later I had to call every day to see when I was going to get it back.

Finally got the boat back and they welded the crack around the bottom strake. There was a bad factory weld and they burnt through the hull. When they repaired it the boat came back with a huge dent in the side from the heat. The first time I took the boat out after that It cracked again in the same spot.

The boat currently has seven different cracks where the stringers were welded and the bottom keel is split wide open. I'm still paying for a boat that I cannot use at all. The water comes in faster than the bilge can pump it out.

Now and for the past six months I have been dealing with tracker marine group directly getting nowhere and have now for the last few months negotiating through the BBB.
That was going well until I sent tracker pictures via registered mail of their quality boats and all the leaks it has. Since then they replied to the BBB said they considered the case closed and would deal directly with me to resolve these issues. I have not heard from them nor will they return my phone calls. Always get someone's voicemail when I call there.

Like they say when you buy a tracker you buy a boat for life. They're not kidding but they should change it to when you buy a tracker your stuck with, the payment aggrivation, poor service, no warranty, and worst of all the boat you can't use for life.

I hope the price of scrap alluminium skyrockets soon that's my only hope as of now of what I can do with this heap.

I will never buy another tracker product and will do everything in my power to educate and turn people away from purchasing anything from this company.
