1971 mustang 1 owner 47,000 miles Brought in for repairs "crushed for scap metal"

Mike glover "a former friend of mine" i called him about doing some work on my car i just bought 1 owner 1971 mustang 47,000 actual miles with a 351 cleveland motor, dark brown it needed the seats bolted back in hood put back on and my gas tank i paid mike glover $200.00 complete payment for the services i wasnt in a hurry he said it may take 2-4 weeks to get it back i said thats fine, i paid him 200.00 cash paid in full to complete i came by there 9 times no work had been done then finaly at 12/23/07 christmas i stoped by told one of his employees and his son that if he had not gotten to it by the 1/ 3rd 2008 i was coming to pick my car up i told to call me soon as it was finished?

I came by the lot on 1/3 my car wasnt there on the lot i rushed in mike stated that he had been sick 2-4 days that thats why he had not worked on it i asked wheres my car he said he was not sure that he would call around and see that he would call me by 5pm i walked out side all 4 tires laying where my car was gas tank laying on the fence so i called a scape metal company they stated about a week ago it was brought out there a 71 brown mustang hood was off gas tank it was crushed and sherdedfor 300.00 this car was my 15 year old sons car for his 16th birthday we have filed police reports in nlr 3rd mike will not do any thing.
