On 8/4/09 I took my 1966 Mustang to Mustang Auto and Classic Cars to continue the process of restoring the car. It was a project that taken me a lot of time and money because I wanted it done right. I got a quote from Mustang Auto and paid $2,000 to get my Mustang rewired with a Painless Wiring system.
After over a year of waiting, the wiring was only partially completed and he did not install the wiring system that I requested and paid for. The owner continued to stall saying that he was looking for a qualified mechanic to complete the electrical work. The owner assured me that the car would get done and done right. He then presented me with a proposition that if I gave him an additional $750. The car would be turn key. I gave his mechanic more parts to complete the job, and then said that he misquoted the price and wanted $1,200.
