Lies and harassment

This company is an absolute nightmare. Well first the car I got turned out to be a lemon. Not great, but not worth writing a report about. The worst thing about this company is their collections or "legal" (and I use that term loosely) department. Run by a "Ms. Gaines". She will harass you at your place of employment, repeatedly call your bosses informing them you owe them money as an attempt to badger you into giving them money, call your family members and lie about who she is to get information about you and pretend they are any sort of legal department. My lawyers looked over all of the correspondence I had received from Ms. Gaines and informed me it wasn't even worth responding to. It was nothing remotely official or legal. And at the first action Cactus Jacks brings against me we plan to counter sue. Please do not do business with these people; I wish someone had warned me.
