Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I purchased a warranty for my car on February 27 and paid a total of $1,035. I paid monthly installments and paid it in full on January 18. When I tried to get some work down to my car they said that the contract was suspended for me not paying it. I paid what they said I owed until I could get my statements from my bank and then I took my car into the shop.

They denied my claim stating that they were not going to pay for it because they said that since I waited until something happened to my car to pay them they were not going to honor the claim. I got my records back from the bank and indeed they were in the wrong and they had to refund my money.

When I told them i was going to get my car to the shop they then came up with some line that what happened to my car is a pre-condition and they are not liable. This company gave me the run around and now they are still coming up with excuses to not pay for my car. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

They were really friendly when I first purchased my warranty but now they talk with such rudeness I would hate for them to rip anybody else off.
