After a mechanical unsolicited call from Warranty Activation, I pressed #1 to talk to a representative in order to get some basic information such as telephone # and address. I do not even own a car, so how did they get my phone number? The representative was very rude and hung up on me as soon as she found out that I was just trying to gather information.
