Unsolicited Prepaid Debit Card Mailed Without Explanation

Netspend mailed me so called "prepaid debit card", totally unsolicited and without any information on why they sent the card and how they obtained my mailing address.

The only phone number they provide is the activation phone number (1-866-387-7363)... This is very typical of scammers.

Stay away from this company. If you ever receive an unsolicited card like this, don't call the activation phone number! Instead, photocopy the card before destroying it completely. This might serve as evidence in court since I have a feeling that sooner or later the FBI will be involved.
