Long pending refund with no action!

Your trip from Sacramento to Detroit on July 03 was ended because of the physical issues. We reside abroad and purchased the solution using a vacation company in money. Customer support informed the solution is likely to be returned quickly this past year and we're still awaiting an optimistic reaction. I named and sent them many times, nevertheless no return however. It's been over 7 weeks now. How can I obtain a reimbursement of 630 USD. Plz recommend smb!
