Chris Estrada, Steven Drury, Tracy Cail, Mgr. Dave Harlick Saturn of Torrance won't deliver what they promised, they scamed us

We purchased a Saturn Outlook we gave them all of our requirments. They gave a printed report with all the options we wanted, we agreed on the price but they told us the car would be delivered the next day. We told them we would not give our deposit until we saw the car. They told us to inspect the car first then we would complete the transaction. The next day the car was delivered to the dealership I told Steven Drury the person incharge to deliver that the DVD player was missing. He went into a room where the mangager and owner were having a meeting and came back out and agreed to have the DVD installed in writing at no charge that why I gave him our deposit. For two days I kept calling the dealership with no response. On Saturday 1/26/08 manager Dave Harlick called me and said the they were not going to install the DVD player and that model did not include the DVD player. I told him I had a signed paper from Steven Drury to have installed at no cost, his answer the Mr. Drury is not authorized to sign any paperwork. Then I told him that I had a vehicle report that he gave me with all the options and the DVD was included, his response no way it doesn't come with that model. I told him we would get an attorney his answer" it's not worth it because it will cost you more than a $1,000 that is the cost of the DVD player". Then he called me back and said that he could have it installed for $700 at my cost but he had to get the contract back to include it into the payments and he would call me back at 10AM today 1/28/08. No call.
