Sales manager knowingly sold me certified cadillac which is not certified pre-owned according to GM records

November 01 I have purchased a pre-owned Certified 2003 Seville SLS.

35,350 miles on it. Prior to the purchase I have checked a Carfax report regarding this vehicle. It stated: put on sale by the dealer as preowned certified.
The sales manager himself insisted that the car was certified, preowned, therefore he would not accept any less money then what he wanted for it.

The statement has been added to the bill of sale: this vehicle carries the factory certified warranty extention of 6 years or 100,000 miles from the original in service date of: 08-22-03 whichever comes first.

January 19 I have received a "Major Guard Coverage" a warranty insurance which I have never purchased. Going over items which are specified are not covered by this policy I have realized that this was not the certified bumper/bumper coverage the dealer has represented to me. Upon calling the warranty company I was told that the vehicle I have purchased from the dealing was not a preowned certified vehicle. I felt it was a mistake and I was given a phone number at GM to call and to verify what was the case with my Cadillac. I was told by GM that this vehicle is in fact not a certified pre-owned vehicle. I have called the sales manager of the dealer requesting to speak to him regarding this matter thus far he is avoiding me.
Also I have e-mailed the manager requesting a full refund on this vehicle. No response.
