Laurel Audi Of Westmont, (aka) AutoNation, Ozzie Haleem (GM) Sales Fraud - Sold me a Certified Pre-owned car but it is not certified

Sales Fraud - On 9/30 I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2008 Audi S5 from Laurel Audi of Westmont (aka AutoNation). They did not tell me until after I purchased the car that the previous owner had performed after market modifications to the car. The suspension was lowered by an inch as a result of this modifications.

The dealer also forged the 300 point checklist that must be performed on the vehicle before it is certified by Audi of America. This car is not and never has been certified.

I was told after the sale that these modifications did not affect the original manufacturers warranty or the certified pre-owned warranty. But Audi of America (corp) told me on 2/6 that the vehicle is not certified until these after market modifications are removed by the dealer. Which the dealer has offered to do for free.

I purchased the car for two reasons: How it looks and how it drives. If the suspension is changed back to original it is no longer the car I purchased.

All that I want is:
1) Dealer takes back the 2008 Audi S5,
2) Dealer returns to me my trade in vehicle,
3) All payments I have made to date are returned to me,
4) My credit is repaired.

The car has been in my heated garage since October and I have put only 1,800 miles on it since purchase.

Do not trust this dealer - I don't want this to happen to you!!
