Missing engine parts!

Bought a brand new ATV Baja 150. The shop needed to have it out-of factory from various other Condition. Pep Boys broker began ATV just before packing onto my automobile. ATV wasn't ridden at pep children or elsewhere. ATV went from back of automobile straight into hot drop via ramp. ATV bought on 1/18/08 and saved until make an effort to operate om 1/20/08. Wouldn't begin or operate over 30 seconds. Upon researching owner`s guide, an important carburetor element was discovered to become chilling out of carburetor. Upon further examination, additional motor components perhaps absent. After contacting store, voicing my criticism, the store broker stated once product leaves store, its out-of their fingers. It's undesirable in my experience and that I wish to do something.
