Breach Of contract among other things

The car is in Chante G. Name. She has had this car since 10/02/07. We were waiting for them to finance the car.in November I called to see if everything was ok they said yes. So on the first week of the year reggie jackson (salesmen) contacted us and said I need you to call us back we did and he said Ill call you back never did. So on the next day i called him back He said O ill call you back I have to wait for tom to get off the phone never called me back. On 1/10/07 they repo the car. They never gave a ten day notice which they have to states in the contract. So I call them the reasons they gave were 1 The bank could not get a hold of me so the bank sent it back to the dealership but when asked can I have the banks contact info the would not give me that info. 2 they said that I never turn in the requrie papers but I did months ago. When I asked about my 1700 deposit They said I would not get it back. They say they have a fresh start or second chance program but all they do is run up your credit by submitting your app to over 30 banks. So what can I do can I sue or would it be a waste of time plus Im not the only victim that they have done this to. I wish to put them out of business or hit them where it hurts there pockets can you help me with this goal
