Pep Boys James Giglio Svc. Mgr James O. Thompson Mechanic I paid them $400 and they never put brakes on my car!

I went to DMV to get my car inspected and I failed. They said I didn't have brakes. I took my van to the Pep Boys in Marlton and they "supposely" put brakes and cut my rotors and they charged me $400 to replaced front and rear. I was still hearing squealing and the brakes were not stopping like they were suppose too. So, I took it back to Pep Boys and they kept my van for 2 days and assured me that the breaks were fine and they didnt hear any squealing. I went to DMV the next day and they told me I failed again and I didnt have any more brakes.

So, I went back to Pep Boys and told the Service Manager James Giglio was very rude and I was explaning to him my story and I told him when I came in the weekend past that they couldnt even find the invoice and he said, "well I am not the computer guy".

Then I was talking to Jeff (the guy who wears the "white' shirts) I was saying to him very loud that the guy who tested my car was a village idiot and that he didnt know what he was doing. James Giglio walked over to me and he was approaching me like he was going to get all in my face with his hands. I thought he was going to attack me so he told me get out and go someplace else and get it fixed. I called the police but they told me they cant get involved.

I called corporate and James Giglio called me a few hours later and wanted to mend the problem, at this point in the game I dont trust him nor is mechanics. Take my advice do not go to pep boys in marlton, new jersey on route 70!!!
