Steward ventures, national/alamo claiming bogus charges

Ented a car from national/alamo. The car was fine when i took it. When i retured the car the manager of the location checked the car in and signed off. The car was fine when i returned it. I only rented it to have a bigger vehicle for my 2 month old grandson's car seat. They were here visiting from washington state.

Now they are claiming i tore up the transmission beyond repair and are suing me for the damages and car out of service charges. This is so bogus. I never did anything to that car. I rented it from the chandler, az. Office.
