Overcharged. Really overcharged

I dropped off my madza at around 3:30PM. They told me that they would take a look at it and call me. They gave me a call back at around 5:30PM to pick up my car. They told me that they had done a regular tune-up oil change because my pistons were misfiring. This was 312.00 dollars later. They charged me 65 dollars and hour or more in labor and over 100.00 in parts for my "tune-up". I had been there before and they only charged me around 45.00 a hour for labor. They do not have their labor wages posted anywhere.

This place is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. If anyone has any suggestions on what I should do to report them and get something back. This was rediclious.
