Repair ripoff

Took car into all tune & lube Bankhead Hwy Mableton, GA. I was Quoted a price of $69.90 parts & labor. Later I was told had to use only AC / Delco plugs add $5.00 total $74.90 tax ok. Now I'm told need new wires parts & labor $ 109.90 tax. Now car is ready my is now $195.80 incl tax.

I never heard of such a ripoff in my life.
Now I'm angery told them to take the wires out and I'll pay for the tune up. They said ok but there would be an additional labor charge. I filed a complaint w / BBB asking for a refund, I'm not holding my breath.
