Ripped off

Unfair charge, way to losing business, ripped me off, never go there again. $260 estimate cost over $600 at last. Suggested parts were forced to replace. Complaints make things worse, they would not let you go unless you pretend to be happy and pretend to come back for them to rip you again. Their (muffler) shop is a MAFIA shop.
BE AWARE! Overcharged labor, parts, long waiting time for parts will be charged as labor...

* points inspection is nonsense and cannot the problem I'm aware of, lousy oil change, spilled all over the front, and claimed the front need serious tune up, what a service!?

Don't go there, unless you have unlimited time and money...
