Second time dui drivers in mass that have smart start installed, beware

In Massachusets, where it is mandatory to use this device if you want to drive after a 2nd DUI, LISTEN UP. It costs a lot of money. The device is not without defects and it is condoned by THE DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES. More dangerous than the use of a cell phone while driving. Leslie and Kevin (tech) don't return calls.
