Deceitful sales tactics on new car extended warranty

This company has continually tried to sell me an "extended" warranty on my new truck that has a "factory" warranty that is "bumper to bumper" for 3 years/36,000 miles & a "powertrain" warranty for 5 years/100,000 miles by stating that my warranty has already expired! This is a total lie & my warranty has NOT expired, nor is it about to expire! Any company that will stoop to this type of scare tactics & lies, has got to be a total rip-off company.

I work in the automotive repair business & have dealt with these so-called warranty companies. They will promise you the moon & when you think that you are covered, they will do anything & everything that they can to deny coverage & leave the consumer hanging without the services that they have paid an extremely high price for & no money to repair the car. Some of these companies have gone as far as to authorize the repairs for major work & after the work has been completed, they decide that they are NOT going to pay as agreed or they will not answer the phone to give payment completion details to the shop & then the customer can NOT get their car back until the CUSTOMER pays the bill.

There needs to be legistration passed to put these thieves in prison & to attach their personal assets to pay for their thieving practices! Beware... Read all the fine print on the contract BEFORE you sign it, if you don't understand the wording... DON"T trust the person trying to sell it to you to explain it, contact an attorney & have them to explain the legal garbish that allows these slim-balls to slip out of the contract & NOT pay as promised.
