Northwest Dodge
Does not honor Chrysler Service Contract Terms

Cars & Transport

This dealership clearly ignores terms of Chrysler Service Contract (an extended automobile warranty) uses sleasy tactics to get consumer signature on repair orders and later on does not release the car to get more money.

One of the terms of this SC is waiver of $100 warranty work deductible, if the owner brings the car for repairs to the same dealer he bought the car from.

You take the car for warranty repair, and get you to sign work order and only telling you about $107 diagnostic fee if the work is not covered.

When you come to pick up your car, you are told to pay $100 deductible. You can sit there all day they are not going to release your car untill you pay.

This is in breach of the contract that clearly states:
"your $100 deductible is waived if you bring your car to the dealer you bought the car from for ANY covered repair work."

So, consumers please beware. 1st off don't ever buy extended warranty from any builder or dealer. It is a ripoff. I paid $3600 for this warranty cantract, and so far they have spent may ba a max of $700, and the mileage approaching 70,000 miles.

Please save your hard earned money. Your basic warranty will cover most of the major repairs.
