Have called and Harass my family, giving information to people that they should not be disclosing New Orleans

Dealing with this company have been a night mare. This company have called several people that I used for references on numerous occassion, non-stop. I was making monthly payments on time. It all started when I wrote a check out for a car payment in August. I did not find out until a month later, they called and a family member answered the phone and they spoke to them rudely and stated that the check that I wrote out was hot and that it did not go through. Got in contact with bank and guess what, the money for the car payment was still their. I was furious then. After awhile, I did got behind on carpayments, but when I starting sending money in for my carpayment, I did not recieve one letter of reciept or anything. They starting calling and calling and calling. They even had a so call investigator. I call this so call investigator, and what he stated that he needed to get both sides of story. He told me that since I was behind in car payments, (even after I told him I was making car payments to catch up), that Crescent Bank paid off the car loan without my knowledge, and that the account was charged off and I would have to surrender the vehicle. Even if i make payments it would be payments going towards the account but I still would have to surrender the vehicle and maybe Crescent Bank would take in consideration. It sound like it was no guarantee that I will get the car back once it goes into repossession even if I continue to make car payments. Still i did not get or recieve any letters stating charged off. This company had people that they hired call family members that i used for my references, disclosing information to them. This company has harass and harass, calling and calling nonstop. This company is very unprofessional. Today if I had known about this company, I would have never gotten the car I needed to take me back and forth to work. This company does not do any type of business professionally. They disclose information to people that they should not do. This company has been a nightmare for me and my family. I truly hope someone would look into this company procedures, guidelines/policy. I think this company will mislead people straight to hell. Now if you were to got their website it states stay tuned for our new website, coming in November! Well its December 22. That should tell anybody alot about this company. Please look into this company and expose them to the entire world.
