In the beginning of August I dropped my Chevy Suburban off at Chevrolet of Boise, 9599 W. Fairview Ave, to have the AC repaired. The AC slowly lost its charge and into august, only slightly cold air would come out.

Your service department called me and told me the AC was fixed and I could come and pick it up. I paid for invoice #507482 $351.40 on August 18 and went on my way. As soon as I used the AC it appeared to work well, but only in the front. The rear AC after getting down the highway was blowing warm air.

I called Debbie at your service department and explained the problem and she told me that the mechanics said the AC checked out fine, and the service men had tested it, with the test revealing the AC blew cold air. I asked if it was tested on the cool morning, as this would render and invalid test. She told me she didnt know and that I should bring it back in for further testing.

I brought the Suburban back in on Sept 15 and was informed that the AC worked fine after it was tested. I went and picked up the Suburban and saw the rear AC still did not work. If you were to drive the vehicle for any length of time in warm weather the rear AC would only blow warm air.

After debating with Debbie over the phone and trying to convince her that the AC was not properly fixed she told me that I would need to drop the vehicle off for a long period of time so a more qualified individual could test my AC.

On Sept 22 I dropped the vehicle off and picked it up on Oct 3 and paid invoice #CTCS401449 $528.93. As soon as I picked the vehicle up neither the front nor rear AC worked.

Guess what their reply was. I have bought 6 vehicles from this place since 1999. I will never buy another Chevy, or anything from Peterson.
