Rude and not helpful!

Our boy was traveling in from new orleans on 12/22 at 5:10p. M trip 5590. They get to the airport and also have to hold back over fortyfive minutes to check on in. Once they reach the table they're informed the they can not panel and obtain thru protection in the full time. Whenever you began to ask questions the woman was really rude.in St louis were my boy would there is a surprise celebration for him from household all around the U. S today because they can not access it a trip till Tomorrow I'm here with about 15 individuals with nothing to complete. I'm unhappy and that I want to be returned or anything for several of the frustration it has triggered.incidentally to below my boy cry doesn't begin my vacation out great.
