I recently switched insurance companies to this one (gmi insurance) in hopes of a cheaper rate. I have had nothing but lies and disrespect. If you take a vehicle off they switch everything around as far as a due date and amount of your policy with out letting you know. The due date is always a different date and when you call to ask them why they cant ever tell you an answer.

Lee walker who is the agent is very rude and disrespectful and unwilling to fix any problems, he likes to put the problem on someone else, always says its us who is making everything change, also when he prints out a reciept of any paid amount its always on a late payment sheet even though its paid early. We have yet to recieve any "real" insurance cards but insists that we will recieve them through the mail it has now been 3 months and still no insurance cards.

This company has no clue as to what they are doing or talking about and gets very frustrated when they cant figure something out and talks to you like your the idiot! Maybe a new career would be the solution for lee walker.
