Pepboys
Bought 4 tires payed extra to have rotated when getting oil change, now their doors are locked. Where do i go now

I have previously bought 4 new tires from pepboys. I paid extra for replacement if needed, and that they would rotate tires free when i brought it in for an oil change.

They have now closed their doors, now what am i suppose to do... Do i get reinbursed for the money i paid, that i can no longer get this service...

It has been i think a little over a year since i bought the four tires...
