Certified Letter Ignored, No Statement or Payment Coupon Book

Ever since we bought the car, it has been an uphill battle with them, their excuses range from we have the wrong address, the post office has you at a different location, we even made payments using Express pay, no avail.
Now we went them a certified letter explaining our dilemma. Asking again for a statement of account and for a payment coupon book. No response.
