BOGUS Billy's Georgia Rapsheet. READ IT HERE! Like a diary of FRAUD and DECEPTION!

The recent 50 million dollar lawsuit filed by the Georgia Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs includes a 21 page legal brief which, among other things, includes Bogus Billy's rapsheet with Geogia authorities. Here it is (for the most part word-for-word, for your enlightenment!

From page 7..."The Bill Heard automotive dealerships have been the subject of numerous complaints over the past sixteen years alleging unfair and deceptive practices in the advertising and marketing of automobiles, resulting in numerous actions by the Administrator, including:

In August 1991, an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance (AVC)... With a civil penalty of $2000 and consumer restitution of $1196;

In June 1992, a second "AVC";

In December 1997, a "Letter of Understanding" governing particular types of representations made by Bill Heard in its advertisements;

In January 1998, a second "Letter of Understanding";

In September 1998, a third "Letter of Understanding";

In July 1999, a fourth "Letter of Understanding";

In August 1999, a fifth "Letter of Understanding";

In September 1999, a third "AVC" with payment of $1000 in administrative expenses;

In December a sixth "Letter of Understanding";

In April two more "Letters of Understanding" with payment of $4000 in administrative expenses;

Since various Bill Heard entities have signed five additional "AVC's";

On December 1, William T. Heard signed an "AVC"... And to pay $84,000
to the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs in civil penalty;

BOGUS BILLY is one of many dealers involved in the BOGUS fee con-game by adding on "Administrative Fees" or "Documentation Fees", which is simply a very obvious and very transparent con-game in which they represent the price of a car at "X" dollars but add the BOGUS FEE which in reality brings the actual cost to "X" plus the BOGUS FEE.

Why would you want to do business with such an operation???
