Products are not as described, return period is too short, refunds are not granted

I ordered a portable laptop stand from my vehicle. The stand had no rubber feet, only metal screws which would scratch and cut my console. The stand did not fit; it was too narrow.
I called within the seven day return period, but due to work, I was not able to return the unit within the seven days. No refund was granted. This company stole $100 from me without any hesitation.
When I spoke with the man in charge, he made me feel as if there was something wrong with me that his stand did not fit my vehicle.
This is a phony company. There is no way that they can have 50,000 customers and be used by police departments all over the country. They have no professionalism whatsoever. Their merchandise is cheap and does not work.
There is no way that anyone, anywhere, at anytime, and for any reason should do any business with this company. It is thoroughly fraudulent, without apology. Their business is theft, and the consumer is their victim.
And they are proud of it.
