Bad business practices

I'd an individual mortgage through Citifinancial, my car was my security. I'd surgery and wasn't functioning. I had been one cost behind after I named them to setup some form of reimbursement program. I spoke towards the Department Supervisor and anything was allegedly looked after, approximately I believed! 2 nights later my vehicle was acquired at 1 am each morning. The following day I called Citifinancial plus they explained these were sorry concerning the mix-up and they would need to cost me to obtain my vehicle back. They've been calling me daily to setup shipping of my vehicle. I told them to get hold of my Attorney!
