I'd fianced an automobile through citifiancial. I settled every cost promptly for over annually. Then I enexpectedly dropped my work because of governement cut-backs. Citifiancial agreed to set me on the plan that will decrease my vehicle cost for six months. Following the next month a tow truck draws in my own garage to reposess my automobile. The tow vehicle driver explained I'd to pay for $2,500. To keep my car. I named Citifiancial to correct anything out. They explained they didn't credit the take into account the part of the cost that Citifinancial was designed to look after. They appologized for that trouble and stated they'd contain it straighted out. After over 100 telephone calls and hours of waiting on-hold. They nevertheless wound up getting my vehicle. This break is break of agreement. They're today attempting to prosecute me for $9,000.00. I've talked having an attorney and want to start a class-action suit. I there's anybody available which was cheated with this same plan I'd prefer to hear from you.
