Harry Lane held hostage by Harry Lane

I went in to Harry Lane to have them TEACH me how to empty my ashtray. Their mechanic broke my ashtray assembly when trying to teach me how to remove it. They then held my car in a bay and I was hostage for 4 hours. I had a very important job to get to and they refused to give me my car! I lost a $4000 job soley because they wouldn't give me my car.

After 4 hours they...
(1) spilled coffee in my drivers seat
(2) they realized the broke the ashtray so, They promised to order the part and they would call me when it arrived... It's been 4 weeks and no call.
(3) I have left several messages for Harry Lane and no one has bothered to return my call. I traded in my loved 1981 CJ5 Jeep for a 07 Crysler Crossfire... I would buy a HONDA before I would buy another CRYSLER!
