Epossesed my car from private property which is against the law in my state.internet

My payments are $459.in order to get my car back, they told me they would defer two payments, and charge me one payment. They lied! They charged me $1680 Western Union. When I got the car back, they sent me a bill saying that I still owed almost $400 on the towing fees. Bull! I paid that! I have all the receipts to prove it.

I took my complaint to the Better Business Buereau who initially took my complaint for investigation but in the end they said that due to the high volume of compliants, they would not be able to follow up for 90 days. What a nightmare! Drive Financial refuses to drop their hidden fees and is doubling the hidden fee of almost $400 again.

I wrote them letters, but they did not respond. I sent them another letter and they responded by sending me a copy of my contract. What kind of response is that? And the phone calls! Don't get me started. I receive 100's of condesending phone calls. They even call me at night and on the weekend.
