Ripped me off for car and payoff money

I called in feb. To defer one car payment becuause I was layed off of my job. And I talk to a lady by the name of Sheryl. Who had told me that sence I was such a good paying customer that I could defer 2 car payments. Then in march I was still out of work. I called back and talk to a gentleman by the name of Alex to see if I could defer one more car payment. He told me that I would have to make at least one car payment because they had already defered two for me and I would have to show that I could afford to pay my car payments.in march I got a job so I did not have to defer the third payment. I contuied to pay my car payments as I was required. Then on june the 16th my car was repo. I asked the repo man why he was taking my car he said that I was 2car payments behind. I call and asked what had happened. They informed me that the deferments never went in. They told me that they had a record of me calling to defer the two payments but that I should of call to make sure that the deferments were put in. I asked how I get my car back. I talk to Joanna she told me that I would have to pay the 2 car payments and the next car payment and the rest of the fees for them towing my car. I was going to pay by credit card. Joanna said that she was not going to let me pay by phone. So I paid off my car and drive cashed the check on july 7th and on july 9th they took my car and will not tell me where it is. They told me that it is under investagation. They have all the money and the car and will not give me any information. Is there any one that can help me?
