Unable to get paid for authorized repair work., $1094.22

On 09/25, Ultimate Warranty Company authorized $1,094.22 in repairs. We have yet to receive payment and are unable to get a human being on the phone. This company has always been fantastic to deal with and credit card payment by phone has always been 1/2 hour or less. Because of their excellent past, we released the vehicle to the customer before payment was received. I hope I am not left holding the bag! It is now 10/23 and I am on hold listening to classical music for 2 hours and 41 minutes. Not feeling good about this!
