Practices Drive Financial has for 4 years made my daughters life miserable

In regards to this company. Today we found out some of the practices they employto rip people off. (Turn on a tape recorder when you talk to these people as evidence) First of all when you send in your payment they do not post it right away. Daughters was held 10 days past the date she paid it. Secondly they told her her next month payment was due already. Upon stating that it was not due until the 6th of the coming month. They told her no that upon reciept of your current payment your next was already due... This is how they determine who is late and attach fees upon fees to your account... They even charged un warrented Nfs funds from her account 2 years ago and just discovered the error... They call are rude and do not care if you have paid your premiums. They will threaten you... Tape it all and report them, report them...
