The madness goes on and on, must be more than 5,000 victims on this site!

Ya know it seems to me that some 965 people can't be all wrong plus all those victims inside each report that filed, there must be over 5,000 of us! My heart trully goes out to all the unfortunate people that have taken the time to use this forum to log what they perceive to be a valid complaint... CUDOS to all of you. My situation is not to different than yours yes. They tried to charge me their insurance (even after they acknowledged) that i had my own and yes on numerous times thet tried to charge my account late fees when the payments were made on time... On the very rare occasion that a payment was late i paid the late fee, (knowing i was at fault) but DAMN!!! I havent been late for 4 years... And yes like some of you i had to hire a lawyer to try and stop the sub-human servicers of our "sub-prime " loans... My atty suggested the following to me and i gladly pass it on to you... When it comes to paying your payment each month send it via the post office "next day air'... Yes it costs more. But... You will have evidence of when it gets to orlando or southern calif... He also suggets thati get a tape player and tape the phone calls you made to them... in my state it's legal to tape phone calls as l;ong as at least one person knows its being taped... BUT!!! Double check you local laws and regulations concerning this... Lastly and certainly not least... KEEP the faith these outlaws and bottom feederswill reap the reward they so justly deserve if not here then... in the next life where they will be judged accoriding to their actions here...
