Bottom line-fdcpa rules. They just don't know what the heck that is. I make a payment 9/28 then the same nite someone calls. How crazy is that. Once contact is made they are not to call u again! Then 2 days later another lady call in the am. And asks for another pmt. I said i just made a pmt 9/28 she said so. We need another pmt. I told her to hold on. Disconnected the call... The interest rate is just awful. I understand the being behind thing but my goodness people are having a hard time. This did not start with me til i got laid off a year ago. Please add me to the lawsuit! As for their customer service it stinks!!
