Extremely Disappointing Service

Hello,

I have been trying to change my flight for the past two days. During that time, I have spent more than one hundred dollars on calling your customer service line (I am currently in Tokyo) and have not received the support that I need nor the answers. I have had to call Orbitz 5 times because either we became disconnected or they couldn't connect with the airline at that time. During those 5 calls, I was informing YOUR agents of the rules and situation with the airlines. This is something that spent me a lot of time and money to explain while on a long distance call and definitely something they should know. Also, there were no notes so I had to keep explaining the rules and situations to the rep if I did become disconnected and had to call them back. One rep kept telling me that my flight was going up in charge by the minute though I saw something quite differently online. The reps would put me on hold for up to 15 minutes at a time, again costing me a ton of money. I have tried to be patient but am extremely disappointed in your service. I am an avid traveler and am disgusted by the lack of quality and what you are capable of doing and do not plan to continue using your company and will advise family and friends to follow.
