I called one day to have it stopped and they did not listen to me, about having it stopped. I told them not to take it out of my checking account and they did it anyway like they had control over my bank account.

Then 2 weeks later they took $250.00 out of my bank account without my premission. So I then called them back and they told me that I would have to send them a email to close my account out then I would get a refund of my money ($250.00) back.

Now it has been 1 week I have not got a refund of $250.00. So I called them back and they are now telling me that it will take up to 40 days before i get my money back. I told them that i think i just will call me a lawer. He said it would not help me to call a lawer, because they would not help me in this case at all.
