Fraud & Unauthorized Charge

I saw a commercial on tv stating that I could order a package of electric cigarettes thirty days for free. If I was not satisfied I could send the package back. The only payment was 9.95. I checked my account and found out that they took 259.70. I called the co. And asked them why did they charge me that much money. I was told that someone had made a mistake. I asked how do I get my money back into my account. I was told that I had to wait for the package and then send it back to them and they would refund the money into my account. I said that I only ordered the thirty day free package and that I wanted my money back into my account now because I have bills to pay. They told me that the only thing that they could do was to send the package and then I was to return it back to them. Then I called another rep. And was told that I was the one that added all of the other products. This is an out right lie and I feel that these people do this a lot. I will not settle for the answer that they gave me. The BBB is now involved and The Federal Trade Commission are involved and if I have to I will obtain a lawer and have this co. Prosecuted.
