Never returned my money after I returned their product in new condition

I was interested in electric charger this company was selling. I was looking for that easy bolt on horsepower and i decided to buy this product because it seemed like a good deal. The charger was delivered to my house and as soon as i opened the box, it was not what i was looking for.

I decided to not even try in installing the part in my car and just return it and have my $99.95 refunded. About a few days later i sent the charger back to the company's address through priority mail because i wanted to have my money returned a.S.A.P. It has been a month and i still have not had my money refunded. I was told by a representative that it takes sometime to have the money refunded because of batch processing. It takes them time for batch processing, yet when i purchased the charger it only took a day for them to take my money...

I do not recommend this company if you want a nice powerful electric supercharger for your vehicle. If you want that easy boost for your car, i recommend the e-ram electric supercharger. Great product and great service. Any questions you have they will be answered in less than 24 hours. I have had many questions for the electricchargers product but only a couple were answered a few weeks later. I am very upset and i need my money back.
