22.39% Finance Charge Raised Expedition Total to $38,623.68

My fiance and I purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition on 9/16/07. The price of the expedition was 19,000 with 40,000. By the time all of the fees were added our finance charge of 22.39% increased or total finance amount to $38,623.68 for 72 months. I asked a thousand questions and all they finally told us was our monthly payment is 536.00. They always talked around the total finance charges. I was looking into refinancing and that is when I ran into this article. I felt that something just wasn't right, even when I called to say I may change my mind since I have 30 days, they denied ever advising me of that.
