Finance Nightmares and Corporate Payment Errors

I purchased my 2001 Ford Windstar LX in November at that time the purchase price was $14,000. I have made my payments 2-5 days early every month bi weekly from the very beginning and always paid at least 2-3 dollars more, which I was told would knock off some of my payments and the interest charges that were being added.

In April I went to a new job, and paid DT Credit $25.00 to change my payment dates to fit my new paydates. I get paid on the 1st and the 15th. They have my payments set up for the 4th and the 10th, which is showing in computer that I am now late every month, and are charging me ADDITIONAL FINANCE CHARGES EVERY MONTH. I had my pay off date down to February and now because of their error I am back to March!

They are constantly telling me that they are going to fix it, but I am still getting phone calls every month from snotty people in the finance office telling me that I am late on my payment and if I don't pay on time I will be charged additional finance charges! I feel like I am going around and around in cirles! If someone can help me with this situation, please do!

The total amount that I will end up paying for this $14,000 vehicle, which by the way is only worth $3,000 blue book now, will be a whopping $27,000!

To anyone with no credit or bad credit, please don't go to DriveTime, it's not worth it. It is better to just pretend that your making a payment, save up the money and put a down payment on a car with a reputable company.

One final thing. The vehicle that I purchased was not a lemon. They pride themselves on ripping people off in other ways now!
