Poor customer service!

I arranged an airport get for my spouse at SFO and didn't advise me that it's feasible the driver may have another traveler to get in Oakland, therefore my spouse reached 720 pm and didn't get house until 1130pm, additionally the driver needed to quit to some gasoline stop to get lunchtime! At 930 pm and remained there for 20 mins. The driver wasn't pleasant, hung-up on me after I wouldn't provide him my creditcardnumber cause I previously offered it for their workplace after I created the reservation and threatening me that their attorney may contact me.
