Customer service sucks!

I never had any issue together with your support overall despite the fact that its costly but its a really headache calling your customer service, I truly prevent speaking and sometimes even calling your toll-free numbers. 1) The IVR that you men have, it doesnot have any simple method to talk to the consultant straight and today the SPEECH PROGRAM that you simply have launched it SUCKS poorly, i talk exactly the same precise term again eg CUSTOMER SERVICE the body doesnot identify it also it hungs on me. 2) And most importantly after I m linked following a lots of effort the broker of one's organization places the cal on-hold and disconnects as time passes. I needed airtel live support on my mobile from last 10 weeks today the problem never got solved and after all of the toughest exp. That we had together with your organization (customer service) I had been pissed-off and that I never called back... Please ensure client satisfaction normally me and my loved ones may switch-over to HUTCH as their Cust company is great. But we-don't wish to accomplish that once we like airtel. And that I m not accusing anybody, simply getting forward my recommendation thats it. To implement or nt is the hope completely.
