CIC Credit Consumer Ripped off me and my husband, we are in the military and we can't have money taken from us like this rip off scam con artists ripoff artists fraud

Yesterday I went to chaeck my bank statement online and found out that they took 2 payments of 79.95 out of my checking account. Well I called CIC Consumer Credit and they said they would refund all the money. Well they better because I am sooo pissed. We are going to Vacation in July so I was saving money for it. I had to take my money out ofsavings and put it in Checking so my checks wouldn't bounce. All of that because of them bastards. Thanks. I now have 4 cents in my Saving now! Thanks a lot ASSHOLES!!!

Here is what they wrote me after I wrote them a nasty letter:

Dear
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but all you had to do was place a cancelation so that you would not have been billed, I do show that we received your cancelation by phone and
Your Membership has been cancelled.

You have been refunded the full amount of the Membership fee. A record of your refund will appear on your next credit card statement.

We look forward to doing business with you again.
