On Wed. August 22, I went to DOMESTIC AUTO EXPERTS located at 19920 Morton Rd in Katy (next to Popeye Chicken) to get an oil change.

The manager said that the tire had a bit of play and needed to have the ball joint replaced immediately. I would not drive it like this, it is too dangerous, he said.

Since this was a life or death situation, I consent to the immediate repair. A consumer rip-off business like Domestic Auto Experts should not be allowed to victimize the Katy community, and just like me, residents should take their car repair business elsewhere.
