Worst customer service and car san juan puerto rico

Hi. I was a gold member for many years however i left your company because of the prices and customer service. After 5 yrs i decided to give a chance again. We arrived at sju at 10:30 m and told the clerk we were willing to paid for an upgrade since he never offer one. He said he didn't had anything for non members in a rude attitude. I explained that i was a member for many years and that i saw many cars at the lot. He reply cut and dry "no" my husband and i look at each other in schock. With he's attitude. We proceed to our car and another surprise the car had more than 32k miles. I request to talk to the manager and explained to him that i drive a brand new car with 8k how can he rent somenthing so old. No explanation, rude and he said that's what i have take it or leave it... We were in horror by now it was 11pm. We open the trunk and another surprise the bumper was damage the car was in an accident i called the manager again and asked how can he rent a damage car? It's that the image hertz wants to portrait? Again no cooperation... And a rude attitude saing you can go to another rental company if you want... Can you believe it??? A manager saying that... No wonder the kid from the counter had the same attitude. When we were going to return the car i was so mad that i told my husband to drop me at the airport first so i didn't have to see that hoorible place anymore... I don't think it's fare i paid for a damage car with 4 times more miles of the car i normally drive home... It's that the product you like to offer to a customer? Pleasee see my record i had never sent you a letter but this experinece its the worst
