Ripoff illegal credit rates consumer fraud ripoff

Americredit updated my loan three times when I first got the vehicle, the third time I was notified my credit rate for a used 2000 Toyota Echo was 25.5% interest.By the time I was notified of the third new finance amount and interest rate, I already had the vehicle in my posesstion and passed the time period to try another lender for the loan.

I have requested they amend the interest amount, they wont. They call me at work and I have told them not too. I have advised them and have complied with 3 payemnt arrangements, but they call everyday at work to harrass me. People call trying to get through saying they are friends, etc.

I feel as though I got stuck with this lender because of the above. I only owe approx. 10,000, but my payments are $385.74 per month. If I knew this at the time of purchase, I would not have bought the vehicle. They scammed me with the new purchase orders they sent me after the fact.
